Residential Lettings – Landlord Fees

Our letting and management services are designed to provide landlords with professional support throughout the tenancy.
Residential Property Sales – Vendor Fees

| Sole Agency | 1% of sale price + 20% VAT |
| Multiple Agency | 1.5% of sale price + 20% VAT |
| Buyer Agency Fee | No Charge |
Our sales services include property marketing, viewings, negotiations and assistance throughout the sales process.
Residential Tenants – Fees & Permitted Payments
In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, as amended, Aston Estates does not charge prohibited tenant fees.
